Commercial Operations Manager

The client is a household name providing services to consumers and businesses across the UK. As a truly world wide organisation they offer a multitude of opportunities for the right candidate.

As part of the Commercial Operations team this role is to support and drive the Commercial function of the Retail business towards delivering on business objectives as efficiently as possible. You will take a cross commercial view of activities across all areas of the business including SME and Corporate Sales and Service, Consumer Sales, Operations, Marketing and all other support functions. Focusing on creating and implementing performance management and governance framework to drive improved performance.

Once in place you will have responsibility for developing a team beneath you to support process improvement and performance management across the Commercial function.

Ideally you will have strong experience in Operational Management and also experiencing of identifying, introducing and managing process efficiencies / improvements to achieve cost savings and a level of central governance with a multi site / multi service company.
