Job Description:
You will provide a full service to our commercial tenants, enforcing covenants and acting for the association in all rent reviews, lease renewals and new leases whilst providing a responsive service to our tenants. In addition, you will work closely with our retail team to obtain the best deal from our landlords on acquisitions, lease renewals, lease acquisitions and rent reviews whilst ensuring that we meet our covenants as tenants. You will also provide a basic building surveying service to the team managing leaseholders, shared owners and temporary accommodation, working with the Asset Management team on more complex matters.
Candidate Requirements:
This is an interesting and varied role suitable for a RICS qualified surveyor or someone with at least three years experience of commercial property management.
