Commissioning / Test Engineer

My client, a public body who maintain and operate a Ground Water pumping scheme in West Berkshire, are looking for a Commissioning/Test Engineer to join them for a minimum 6 month contract.
You will be working on a scheme which augments river flow in times of low flow and consists of a network of boreholes, pumping stations and linking pipework. As the Commissioning Engineer you will manage all aspects of the scheme including testing, monitoring, overseeing maintenance and replacement (by contractors) and ensuring compliance with H & S legislation.
You must have an excellent knowledge of boreholes, pumps, air valves and operating methods, as well as good contractor management experience. You must also be a strong communicator as you will be required to liaise with local landowners and internal clients.
A driving licence is essential for this role as a vehicle is provided.
