Construction Manager

The client is a consortium of major construction companies tasked with the programme management, construction management and construction delivery on prestigious multi million pound project in London.

To be successful in the role, you will have extensive infrastructure and utilities experience e.g water, gas and electricity in a major project environment and able to oversee the planning, design and supervision of utility installation.

You will be responsible for the collation and management of all site information with regard to utilities and charged with maintaining regular contact with the adopting authorities and external stakeholders concerned. Your sound knowledge and experience will enable you to solve construction issues in the field and ultimately ensure construction plans are delivered on time and to budget.

You will ensure the agreed design principles are maintained throughout the installation as well as having a good awareness and working knowledge of current health and safety legislation and construction best practices.
