Our Client is a privately owned construction company based in Yorkshire. They are looking to recruit a highly motivated Construction Manager who is used to controlling circa £50M+ of work.
Work is secured from all building sectors but primarily from the Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Hotel and Leisure sectors. Most of their work is carried out in a partnered or negotiated way and they are proud of their repeat business.
The successful candidate will be committed to delivering a quality product. You will have main contracting experience and have managed design and build projects with values up to £20M within a variety of work sectors. You will already have already performed this role managing multiple projects and be be experienced in tender negotiations, value engineering, client presentations and possess excellent and strong leadership skills. You will have a good technical knowledge of the industry and have an ability to deal with all issues at site level.
