In summary you are responsible for:
- Ensuring the consistent delivery of distribution centres throughout Asia, Central Europe and Turkey
- Coordinating with the UK property team in the determination of best practice for construction/development, and the production and implementation of robust standards
- Coordinating with the distribution team to manage the process and resource for the global 5/10 year network plan
- Creating and co-ordinating a governance process for international distribution centre standards, and to manage the approval process for all applications for variance from these standards
- Managing the support provided to the International teams by third party UK consultants, in the delivery of country specific schemes
- Supporting the country teams accountability for the feasibility, planning and construction of distribution centres
- Coordinating with the UK/international teams in the delivery of the group’s environmental targets
- Assisting and contributing to the production of operating model processes relating to the delivery of distribution centres
- Advising on the delivery of best value for distribution centres, both within standards, and on country specific proposals
- Being the 'go to' person for advice on the delivery of international distribution centres for the group

You will project manage all aspects of delivery of a scheme including leading teams of external consultants and suppliers leading the internal team taking projects through the recognised processes in consultation with key internal stakeholders.
