My client is one of the Country's leading Building Contractors operating nationally within the Commercial, retail, education and health sectors. With regional bases strategically placed throughout the UK, they are currently looking to strengthen their Bristol Team with an experienced Project Manager.
As the successful candidate, you will be expected to lead and manage the project teams on single or multiple schemes to ensure that the customer and company are satisfied with its timely and budgetery completion. You will conduct regular site visits and prepare comprehensive monthly project reports and reviews whilst making sure the project teams are adequately resourced, led, managed and understand their roles and responsibilities.
You will manage Sub Contractors, HS&E, develop and maintain client relationships and repeat business on anyone of their up and coming Education, healthcare or Defence sector projects valued up to £25 million.
Experience in the above sectors is highly advantageous for this position, as is experience in projects over £10 million in value. You will be experienced in managing one or two projects simultaneously and previously or, be currently working for a large Contractor.
