CONSTRUCTION PROPOSALS WRITER

Proposals Coordinator for the preparation of bespoke prequalification/tender documentation to support the business in securing future work.
Candidate will respond to prequalification enquiries, reviewing the Clients documentation to establish key topics to be addressed within our submission
Candidate will prepare and co-ordinate our responses by writing and editing material obtained from data banks and that obtained from other departments/external sources and collating this into coherent integrated documentation.
A critical part of the role will be to schedule and track the contributions provided by these parties.
Candidate will generally be responsible for the production of all documentation, including printing and collating


Requirements:



Good command of the English language
Clear and succinct writing style
Good Computer literacy
Good knowledge of Word
Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint would also be beneficial.
Good communication skills.
Self starter with time management.
Work on their own initiative
Flexibility.
