Positioned within the advisory services business, these roles will deliver top quality organisational change to first rate clients within the retail, pharmaceutical, FMCG, construction, engineering, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
By understanding the workforce and culture of an organisation, these positions will identify issues and complexities impacting upon the workforce and consider their resolution, in order to ensure the effective management of the human resource. Candidates will have strong experience within at least one of the following:
• Change assessment and strategy definition
• Organisational analysis and design
• Stakeholder management & communications
• Learning & development
Additionally, the roles will support the continued development of this expanding practice, contributing to internal development, coaching/training and participating in bid pieces/proposals etc.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:
• Track record of consultancy delivery using one of the above skillsets
• At least one significant project experience within Retail, FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering or Industrial sectors
• Minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised university
• Current/Previous employment within a top tier management consultancy or IT services firm
• Full UK mobility
