With high utilisation, a strong pipeline of work and ambition to continue strong growth in 2010, they seek new talent to join the Information Technology team, engaging with clients to understand the business objectives and IT requirements to define and implement the appropriate IT Strategy.

Working at the cutting edge intersection of business and IT, combining understanding of business operations and processes with knowledge of the costs and capability of IT to improve organisation effectiveness and to enhance the performance and operations of the IT function. You will define and deliver change programmes to address any shortcomings and so optimise the IT effectiveness.

Typical projects include: alignment of business objectives and IT solutions through IT Strategy development or definition and development of IT operating models.

Please ensure that you meet the following mandatory requirements:
· Experience of designing and delivering strategically focused IT transformation programmes
· Comprehensive understanding of best practice within the IT Function
· Understanding of Enterprise Architecture
· Experience of leading small teams and interfacing with various stakeholders including staff and vendors.
· Excellent track record with a recognised Management Consultancy firm
· Academically strong, with a minimum 2:1 degree from a leading establishment
