Working as a key member of a small commercial team within this well respected and highly successful communication and information solutions company, you will support a valuable, highly complex agreement in a post-signature capacity, your input will really be valued - a great chance to make a difference.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day Commercial and Contractual relationship with the customer, including commercial contract interpretation and evaluation reports, managing contract change control negotiations with both internal management teams and the customer as well as compiling and writing contractual change notifications. To also provide commercial assistance to the contract managers dealing with sub suppliers, identify and escalate risk and associated issues and also provide commercial evaluation to internal project delivery teams.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong experience of commercial contract management in the Telecoms/IT services industry, as well as experience of leading negotiations and managing complex, high value (circa £10m+) agreements. Able to negotiate and influence at all levels internally as well as with customers and suppliers and must also be able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines in a project delivery environment.
