Reporting to the Regional Director and working from a Manchester based office throughout the North West your Key Competencies will be:

3.Sound technical building knowledge.
4.Strong leadership and motivational skills.
5.Good contractual knowledge.
6.Experienced negotiator.
7.Competent problem solver.
8.Professional presentation skills.
9.Ability to forge good relationships with consultants and clients.
Attainments/Skills/Experience:
1.Currently in similar role within national contractor or large/medium regional contractor.
2.Experienced Contracts Manager/Construction on projects circa £5M and above in a variety of work sectors.
