Contracts Manager - Construction - North London

Our client a North London based Main Contractor requires an experienced Contracts Manager.
Founded nearly 30 years ago the company is predominant within Build, Refurb and Maintenance across many sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education and Health.
You must have previous experience within New Builds and Refurbs and have experience of running multiple projects at one time, ideally 4-5 in the region of £150K-250k each and experience up to £3m would be beneficial. Our client is not looking for a project manager that is use to running one project on site at a time.
You must be client facing, computer literate and have experience of working with MS Project.
Candidates with MCIOB, BSc Quantity Surveying, BSc Construction Management will be especially welcome but experience of the above projects is key.
The Package on offer will be negotiated to suite the individual but will be in line with current industry levels.
