Control & Instrumentation Business Manager

Rullion Engineering Personnel is working with one of the UK's main players in safety, risk and assurance management as they grow their business in the nuclear sector. With over 300 permanent staff and a turnover of over £40 million, and plans to increase by another 25% next year, they really are going from strength to strength. Some of their work currently is within C&I areas, but they want to drive a separate business unit to specialise in this area.

As such, we are now looking for an experience Control & Instrumentation specialist to handle business development (built on top of existing success), recruitment and development of the C&I team and ultimately ensure profitable delivery of C&I projects. These projects include the design and safety substantiation of new and existing equipment, and will be delivered both internally and through the utilisation of effective partners. In order to be considered you must have a proven track record in the development of profitable business streams, extremely strong C&I experience and good management skills. Nuclear experience will be very advantageous, however we will consider applications from other high-hazard / process controlled industries such as petro-chemical, pharmaceutical and other similar sectors.
