Senior Business Development - Learning and Development/ Change Management/ Corporate Training - £60,000 - £100,000 Basic Salary.

Due to constant growth they are now seeking an experienced sales professional from within the Change Management and Training arena to enjoy uncapped earnings and job stability and security.

The Role:

They now require an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team selling an award-winning portfolio of Change Management and Training solutions. Due to size and diversity of their range, it truly enables you to provide a bespoke solution to corporate and blue chip clients from all sectors. Backed up by a second to none marketing and support team, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle and building on going relationships with F.T.S.E level clients both here and abroad.

The Candidate:

To be considered for this position it is firstly imperative that you be degree educated to the highest level, ideally with further MBA qualifications and from a top global university. You will have substantial corporate sales experience, ideally within the Change Management or consultancy arena, although candidates selling a Professional Service/ solution into board level decision makers (mainly HR) will also be considered.

The Package:

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a fantastic package, initial indications in the region of £70,000 - £100,000 (inclusive of basic, car allowance, pension, healthcare and many other benefits) plus uncapped commission.
