An exciting opportunity for a business start-up in France on behalf of a leading international online payment company.
Location within France, flexible
Reporting to the Director, Strategy and Market Development, based in the UK, the role is responsible for the delivery of agreed annual targets (revenues, customer base growth and service quality) through implementation and launch of cross-functional programs (product, marketing, customer service) to expand and improve website functionality/customer experience.
The principal elements of the roles are:
Delivery and launch of revenue-generating and service improvement programs
Liaison with customer-facing functions on product and service 'readiness' - including website, customer service and marketing content
Monitoring and reporting of market developments in key areas such as legal, regulatory, competition and payments
Tracking and analysis of KPIs to ensure delivery of agreed targets
Implementation of programs to increase ARPU amongst existing customer base (cross-sell and up-sell)
Acting as an internal champion and subject matter expert.
Successful candidates will offer the following:
Experience of marketing and product development
Extensive experience in e-commerce, financial or preferably, online payments sectors
Demonstrable ability of delivering B2C service/products within online environment
Fluency in both French and English
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Results-driven achievements within a customer-focused environment
Strong organizational skills and adaptability
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Capability of working at graduate level
The company, based in Cambridge, UK, is a market leading, FSA authorised, internet-based electronic money issuer and money transfer service. The company is enjoying rapid expansion in the UK and other European markets.
Salary in the range € 85-95K.
