Country Manager/ Head of Sales- Ecommerce Solution

My client is an international ecommerce solutions company, helping online retailers to get the most from their customer-base, and optimize online traffic and business. They are currently recruiting for a Country Manager/ Head of Sales to join their expanding London team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join an exciting company at senior level, and take up a new challenge.

The role would see you heading up the UK sales team, which currently stands at around ten. The main focus of the business over the next 18 months is to expand, so you would be charged with recruiting between 5-10 new sales people over that period into your team. You will have full p&l responsibility for the team, and will be expected to carry the group targets, hitting and exceeding on a consistent basis. You would be of a level within the office where you would also have a large input into the strategic development of new business.

This role requires somebody who has worked as a Head of Sales, or equivalent, for at least 4 years. You must have a deep knowledge and understanding of how you successfully manage and run a sales team, and experience of the ecommerce solutions industry is essential. You will be inspirational, driven and a born leader who is not afraid to lead from the front. You will also have a full degree.
