*** WANTED Country Manager – Recruitment into Oil and Gas – West Africa ***
Brief:
To implement, improve and co-ordinate processes for recruitment of Ex Pat skilled engineers into West Africa. Predominantly based around Nigeria, Chad and Angola.
This role is multi-faceted and will require a number of key skills. Recruitment experience is essential and therefore the successful candidate will have to have come with experience of recruiting into the Oil and Gas industry, no exceptions.
• Liaison and diplomatic skills to manage, mentor and train nationals in the form of recruitment.
• Operational experience to be a stand alone Country Manager.
• Contractor care experience, liaising with current contractor workforce in an HR capacity.

Salary and Benefits:
Negotiable dependent on experience. Can be based in Country; Can be rotational basis generally 6 weeks on and 2 off with flights back to the UK. May be possible to be based in the UK and do three weeks in Africa and one week in the UK. Paid flights, paid accommodation.
