One of the top-tier consulting firms is seeking to build a brand new extension to its CRM/customer practise, specifically within its Financial Services division. The roles are at Executive level and the thrust of the new team will be to develop and optimise client opportunities across the range of customer services projects, including contact centre transformation, sales force optimisation and customer life-cycle management, especially with regard to legislative changes.
Your background should demonstrate a strength in either CRM or banking from either a role in industry or in consulting. Packages are excellent and commensurate with experience, and the opportunity to contribute to an exciting, high profile, new initiative and therefore progress rapidly is very evident.
