About the Client
One of the UK’s top 10 Law firms is looking for a CRM Manager to develop the CRM programme and drive this forward across the firm.
About the Role
You will have responsibility for an executive in being the lead in the ongoing development and advocacy of the firms CRM programme. While a plan is currently in place you will be responsible for the review and modification to ensure a fully up to speed strategic focus.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
Using client information to move business strategy forward
Hands-on CRM (ideally: InterAction)
Management and use of B2B data
Professional services environment experience
Team working, especially ‘virtual’ teams
High level influencing and communication
Understanding of firm’s management structures and decision-making process
