The company is a global leader in healthcare with businesses spanning a range of specialist sectors from pharmaceuticals to consumer products. Following an internal promotion, they are now seeking a CRM Manager to head up the management of the newly rolled out CRM system and the sales force support team.

Managing a team of 9, you should have solid experience in managing a company's CRM system ideally within the pharmaceutical/healthcare market sectors; proven man management skills; excellent project management experience (Prince 2 qualified); good interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders and external 3rd parties. You don't need to be an IT specialist but must intimately understand how CRM systems function and the role they play in company effectiveness.

You should happy working on a diverse range of functions from strategic development of the CRM system to running focus groups and happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into anything thrown at you.

Salary on offer will be in the region of £60k base plus car allowance and good benefits, including a performance related bonus. The role is based from the company HQ on the M4 corridor.
