CTA Manager

Rate: £50K to £60K (per year) + -
Do you have a degree in health sciences or a scientific discipline with experience of first-line management and want to use both to it’s full potential. Our client is looking for someone to join their existing team to manage the CTA’s.
You will develop and motivate reports through goal setting, ongoing feedback and effective delegation. Conduct ongoing and annual performance assessments whilst ensuring that employees complete assigned project tasks on schedule and meet the expectations of study managers. You will create and maintain management tools as necessary, review TMF’s, draft and review functional procedures and assist with the preparation of reports.
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of six years’ relevant working experience including at least four years’ as a CTA, CRA or equivalent in a pharmaceutical, CRO or clinical environment. Knowledge of medical/clinical study terminology and an in-depth understanding of clinical research and international regulatory environments is also needed.
