Customer Implementation Manager BSS/OSS

My Client requires a experienced Customer Implementation Manager from a very strong telecommunications background. The Customer Implementation Manager will assist and help with the delivery of solutions as part of large projects. You will use your technical experience to develop solutions and will manage a team of engineers on customer projects.
Suitable candidates must have strong mobile telecommunications experience and will have worked on projects involving one of the following; BSS, OSS, NGN, GSM or UMTS. Idealy candidates will have helped deliver BSS projects.
All candidates must have worked on system integration projects and will have worked in a similar customer facing position for the last 2 years.
The Customer Implementation Manager will also be involved in some of the following activities;
- production support
- next version support
- helpdesk
Please note all candidates must speak fluent Italian and must have a valid work permit to work in Italy.
