Customer Insight & Analysis Manager
Maidenhead - South East, Thames Valley
My client, a leading European gaming business, is seeking a motivated and commercially astute Customer Insight and Analysis Manager for one of their UK leisure brands. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, your role is to manage consumer insights to enable a customer focused marketing strategy and encourage brand loyalty as well as to create a culture which promotes exceptional customer service to the field.
Motivating and managing a small team, you will interpret insights and transform research into actions and outcomes which drive strategy, understand completely customer profiles and motivation and exploit benefits from player tracking. You will be responsible for developing an annual Direct Marketing plan, utilising all forms of direct communication as well as giving analysis and feedback on national promotional activity. You will utilise the tools available for use in geographical/ profile analysis to help campaign management, provide reports on customer activity to support decision making and campaign planning and monitor competitor direct marketing activity.
The successful candidate will have an extremely strong background in customer insight and analysis, specifically with B2C marketing experience. You must have excellent line management skills and be a great motivator. You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal – along with the proven ability to analyse and evaluate data and excellent organisational and time management skills.
My client is looking for someone able to create a profile within the organisation and command attention and authority, as well as to be proactive as this role becomes more strategic. As the role may require the candidate to travel throughout the country, some overnight stay will be inevitable and a driving licence necessary.
