Customer Operations Manager

Our Client is a multi billion dollar corporation which has won more than 2,000 awards awards and accolades worldwide. They now require a Customer Operations Manager to join their Solutions Division. This person will be the principal contact for all customer implementation projects to ensure a successful completion and will be accountable for the company's contractual commitments. The position is based at HQ in the South East, although frequent travel to customers throughout the UK will be required.

What they are looking for:-

You will be a graduate who is an excellent communicator and will be able to demonstrate consistent leadership skills. You will have been exposed to the technology market and will have:-

proven project management or operational experience;

managed projects that were large in scope, cost, and complexity to a successful completion;

good understanding of ISO 9000, quality management, business practice development, project planning tools and basic financial concepts; and

experience of working with senior management within a problem solving or management role.
