About the Role
This role will take ownership for development and role out of all customer lead retention propositions. This role will work across all products and services that the company provides as well as handsets and devices. The role reports into the Head of Propositions and will work closely with the rest of the propositions team. This role will look to create commercial loyalty propositions across the strong customer base that covers Prepay, Postpay and Mobile broadband.
What We’re Looking For
Solid experience of developing and taking to market strong consumer lead propositions.
Experience of developing retention/loyalty focused campaigns and propositions.
B2C Experience
Sector experience from Telco, Retail, FMCG, Banking
About the Offer
Salary: up to £55 000 + £5.5k Car + 20% Bonus + Bens
