One of the fastest growing operating units in the Nestlé Group, Nespresso has redefined the way coffee lovers around the world enjoy their Espresso coffee through a unique combination of premium quality Grand Cru coffees, smart coffee machines and exceptional customer services. On the back of rapid growth within the UK, the company has decided to establish a dedicated Customer Relationship Centre in York to offer first class support to its expanding base of Nespresso Club Members.
Reporting to the UK Market Director, you will have responsibility for setting the strategic direction for the Customer Relationship Centre in line with company objectives, ensuring Nespresso provides an exceptional customer experience to an exclusive network of customers. The emphasis of the role will be on developing a high-performing, quality-oriented culture across a Greenfield operation whilst working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders internally to deliver an unrivalled end-to-end service proposition to both B2C and B2B Members.
Of degree calibre, you will have proven track record in a similar customer service/contact centre management role, ideally in a multi-channel inbound/outbound environment. The ability to lead and inspire a team of 50+ people is essential and you must display high levels of commerciality including an understanding of how your role contributes to the broader success of the business. To be suitable you will also need to demonstrate a real passion for providing exceptional customer service and for the Nespresso brand.
