Our client is a dynamic FMCG type of organisation, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Director to bring strategic direction during a period of rapid growth.
We are seeking a person who has previously managed a large customer contact centre, setting service levels and standards whilst controlling customer experience and ensuring service excellence.
This role will deliver excellent customer service and introduce colleague motivation, whilst guiding the operations department into the next phase of rapid growth
Will suit someone who can think on their feet, deal with pressure and interact well in a small management team.
Basic salary circa £70K with excellent management bonus scheme
