Customer Service/ Technical Director

An experienced Customer Services/ Technical Director is required by this rapidly growing ICT provider.

Our client is current going through a period of grow both organically and through acquisitions, and they require a hands on Customer Services/ Technical Director who is capable of reviewing the Services side of the business identify the challenges and then skilled in executing the vision.

You will be tasked with viewing all aspect of the business within your division that physically touches the customer; strengthen the areas that are strong and identify the problems in the areas that are weak. You will be confident in your own decision making skills as you will be giving the autonomy to shape the division.

I am looking for someone who is strong in gathering the information and then acting on their findings, this role isn't suitable for someone who wants the information given to them to analysis.

You will have a past experience in a similar role for an ICT services company where you had overall responsibility for the Services Desk, Break Fix, Support, Project Engineers.
You will have strong customer Services skills be ITIL accredited and have experience of overseeing a role out of ITIL across your team.

Ideally you will be based in the Manchester area but will consider candidates from all parts of the country.
