Datacenter Architect / Presales Consultant - UCS / Nexus Networking Hi level Solutions

Significant IT Organisation, enjoying continued growth and success within all areas of technology, are currently seeking a number of new Datacenter Architect / Presales Consultants with subject matter expert (SME) knowledge of Cisco UCS (Unified Communication Systems) and Cisco Nexus. Global coverage comes the need for candidates in many locations and we are looking for the Datacenter Interoperability Architect / Presales consultant to be based in the UAE however, we also have opportunities for people based in Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands.

Successful Datacenter Architect / Presales Consultant will be targeted with working in conjunction with the Sales team enabling them to compete more aggressively with their competitors while delivery innovative and customer built solutions.

The Datacenter Architect / Presales Consultant will be responsible for the following;
- Travelling to client sites to determine their requirements and designing a solution of best fit
- Designing high level solutions for the client (Whiteboard solutions)
- Providing support and technical solutions to both clients and colleagues alike across the region in line with the divisional objectives
- Provide specialist support to the sales team
- Ability to communicate solutions to all stake holders whether they’re technical or non-technical.
- Work as part of a team strategising to maximising opportunity within region
- Help with technical training and development of the sales team

The Datacenter Architect / Presales Consultant role is very much involved with the Client and Sales process, therefore the ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;
- In-depth knowledge of BOTH Cisco UCS and Cisco Nexus
- Extensive technical knowledge having worked as a consultant / architect role recently
- 15+ years experience within a similar role - very much focused on providing best solutions to a business need, consulting with clients and understanding their objectives
- Lead an initiative and utilise relevant internal departments when necessary - constantly focused on the client facing aspect
- Display tenacity, drive, professionalism and excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of contact.
- Be an evangelist of your ‘products’ and work when necessary, with other technical and sales specialists to achieve ultimate goal.
- Have been measured in the past - individual or team target and be able demonstrate your part in that success.
