Europe’s leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services and solutions, with over 10,000 employees across Europe and can boast Group revenues of over £2.68 billion requires an experienced Datacenter Storage Sales Executive. Due to continued growth within their Private sector business, this new and exciting opportunity has arisen within their sales community for the Datacenter Storage Solution Specialist.
The successful Datacenter Storage Sales Executive will be responsible for the following and have the following skills and experience:
- selling professional services, data storage and protection, optimisation, storage management, storage consolidation, virtualisation, automation and provisioning, at a senior IT, senior business and CxO level.
- will have a proven track record in Datacenter and Storage solution sales and will be responsible for working with the account team to manage end-to-end sales and commercial engagement for storage opportunities.
- provide end-to-end ownership for sales opportunities on behalf of the Datacenter Line of Business, focusing on storage (and potentially broader datacenter opportunities where relevant) as well as supporting the qualification process with the account team to truly understand customer requirements and ensure resources are appropriately deployed.
- work closely with the client, defining and proposing a compelling solution and managing the internal service providers and external suppliers whilst providing support and guidance to the sales team.
- a Hunter, you will have a demonstrable track record of new business success as well as the ability to qualify and develop new clients from a cold start and manage the entire deal lifecycle from inception through to successful project outcome.
