We are looking to make an appointment for an experienced individual to manage a UK data centre operation based out of my client's offices in West London. The focus for this role will be to provide exceptional service delivery within a secure operation with an eye for the development of more robust support and operational excellence . This is not a caretaker role, we are looking for a pro-active individual who is looking accelerate their career by consistent over-delivery. You will be tasked with guiding and managing a dedicated team of around 15 specialists, whilst providing a productive interface as part of the leadership team based Internationally. This is a high profile role and one that is integral to the next stage of development for this organisation.
Our client is a renowned provider of Managed Hosting Operations and this individual will also lead a team who are responsible for providing round the clock support for customers as well as the deployment, maintenance and problem resolution of Hosting Operations . You will also manage 3rd party relationship, implement the latest quality, security and operational improvements as appropriate.
We seek an individual who can demonstrate a success track record focused on continuous improvement and an exemplary profile in customer management within Data Centres and Hosting for either a large corporate (i.e. Bank), IT Services or Integration business, Service Provider, Telco or dedicated Data Centre organisation. In addition you will be able to clearly articulate experience with a structured approach to Hosting services Operations, Maintenance and Design as well as experience of quality accreditation's such as ISO27001. Strong Project Management skills will be expected.
