Delivery Director Banking Services PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, MBA, Banking, Financial Services, Professional Services, Consultancy Services, Practice Management is required to report to the Global Head of Services for a major global banking & financial Services Solutions Provider. Our client has witnessed unprecedented growth in recent years and is looking to develop a better practice of services from project management, consulting, delivery, support & maintenance, to sales, business development, partnership & alliances management and customer relationship management. I am looking to identify candidates who have; a big 4 consulting or large services management background; experience of reshaping and developing/building a regional services practice encompassing the above operations; extensive international consulting and professional services management; demonstrable successful delivery of software and/or business solutions to large global external customers (not IT or Telecoms); ideally have bi-lingual skills (English & French/Portuguese and ideally local African languages); have extensive experience of engaging with implementation partner organizations and working with offshore software resources; have a thorough understanding formal delivery and project management models, processes and procedures; you will have a good consulting, client relationship, management and commercial abilities and be able to face senior executives internally as well as board level directors and executives externally. You will be commercially astute, well qualified and certified in IT/Project Management/Delivery/Management. The most important aspect of the role for people coming in from the international market is the drive, passion, patience, flexibility and personal characteristics to succeed in Africa and an International business model.
