Depot Manager (Food Services Industry)

You would be working for a successful food supply company in charge of their depot based on the North West Cost of England reporting directly to Group Operations Director.

The job will involve achievement and maintenance of financial budgets whilst grow and driving the business forward. You will be managing an experienced team of 90 people and will need to be able to interact with all senior members of the company to be a vital part of the continued success. You will be directly responsible for the site and its contents on a daily basis and dealing with suppliers demands. This role has full P&L responsibility.

The essential skills required are -
• History of Managing a large team
• Experience in the Seafood or Food Industry
• Experience of running P&L Accounts
• Experience of managing Sales Team is Advantageous
• Sound Financial and Business Management Skills
• Full understanding of Margin and Cost Control
• Commercial experience in Food Manufacturing and Distribution advantageous

Being able to adapt to the unsociable hours that the food service industry requires is a must for any candidate.
