The client is a consortium of major construction companies tasked with the programme management, construction management and construction delivery on a prestigious multi million pound project in London.
To be successful in this role you will have a successful track record in Building Services and or Electrical Engineering working on large complex building projects. You will be tasked with managing the design consultants to maximize quality, ensuring they adhere to contract scope, cost and schedule whilst minimizing the risk value of the project and overall programme.
The person will need to have comprehensive knowledge of electrical design with excellent leadership and interface skills. On offer is a financial package designed to attract the best as well as the opportunity to work on a major and prestigious project for a leading global construction firm.
