Design / Project Manager

I have an exciting position for a Design / Project Manager who will be expected to be in charge in the new build and maintenance of small retail units for a currency exchange group.
Essential skills for this role will include the ability to complete all drawings and CAD designs for the new build coupled with the ability to deal with the suppliers and their demands.
A qualification in Building Design or Surveying is preferred and although the role is more suited to candidates with Architectural experience it is not exclusively so and applications from similar backgrounds are welcome.
Candidates will be expected to travel to major cities in Europe so previous experience in doing this is favourable.
This exciting Role pays a circa of £50k aligned with a bonus scheme and BUPA health care. All travel and accommodation expenses are of course paid for.
