Development Manager (Based: Hertfordshire)

This leading multi-goods retail organisation is looking to recruit a Property Professional to lead up a team of Store Development Managers managing the delivery of their Development Programme projects. Highly driven to meet targets and budgets, you will be accountable for the management of Capital Budgets across the development programme, approximately £100m p.a. The role covers a variety of property service functions including acquisition, site research, property buying and finance.
Ideally you should be RICS or CIOB Qualified to member level (or equivalent) and/or possess excellent experience in a similar Construction/Retail Delivery role. You will possess high drive and influencing skills, sound judgement and analytical skills and Design, Engineering, Construction and Project Management expertise.
