Our client is a developer / funder heavily involved in the development of 5* Hotels across the world. They have been established for many years and their ‘product’s is both renowned and also unique. As such they have not really been affected by the global financial crisis and the majority of their portfolio / developments has continued to progress.
They have 3 hotels in Morocco that are currently at different stages of development and there is one that will be on site in 2010. The projects are currently being managed from our client’s offices in Dubai however a full time Development Manager is required on site early in 2010 to take responsibility for all 3 jobs.
Candidates will be experienced Development Managers and will possess the following;
• High quality hotel development experience
• Previous experience of working in Morocco or a similar overseas environment
• French speaking
• Be of a dynamic and can-do nature
The selection process will begin in earnest in the New Year.
