This is an outstanding opportunity to join a successful International Clinical Research Organisation and be part of a growing team. We are currently seeking a Business Development Director to be based in High Wycombe (UK).
As the Business Development Director you will be responsible for generating annual sales per target objective in support of corporate budget, develop and maintain assigned client relationships using the highest professional standards and organise and lead internal operations teams to develop and finalise client proposals.
Other responsibilities will be negotiating and maintaining contracts for Pharmaceutical client projects, develop and conduct client presentations to attract new business and support overall corporate positioning, as well as mentoring, training, manage and develop the business development staff.
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in science or business; MBA or other graduate degree with a strong full service phase I-IV clinical business development background.
