Our client is a very successful multi disciplinary contractor based in the NW which majors in civil engineering and is well established in the area. They are family owned with a modest turnover and are looking to grow over the next few years
They are looking to appoint a Director to develop their Building division which at the present time only has a few projects and needs a hand on Director who can take control. Candidates must be experienced builder ideally with experience of working within an SME. More importantly candidates must be hands on operators who have the ability (and desire) to muck in at business development, tenders and contracts management in order to build the business.
Knowledge of the North West market place is essential for this role.
