DIRECTOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - PHASE I
(SALARY: £60K - £75K)
(BASED IN: EUROPE)
A global, drug development services company, provides a comprehensive range of services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, generic drug, and medical device industries currently requires a high calibre Director of Business Development - Phase I. As Director, you will develop and lead the business development team in the expansion of early phase clinical trials across the whole of Europe. This role can be office or field based across Europe.
Your main responsibilities will be identifying, targeting and developing new business for the company's early phase pipeline. Secure new business, meet annual sales goals/objectives and develop strong relationships with internally staff, especially with the proposal/contracts team and externally with clients.
You must have substantial "hands on" Business Development experience gained in a Clinical Research Organisation environment. Have a strong track record of achievement in driving pipeline, sales targets, revenue growth and developing business opportunities in existing and new markets. You must be fluent in English.
Your outstanding verbal and written abilities will be complimented by a pro-active, dependable approach towards time management, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
