Director - CDM and Health & Safety

A multidisciplinary construction consultancy are looking for an individual to roll out their Construction Design Management and Health and Safety advisory services in the North of England. The company already has a successful track record of providing these services to clients in the south and have now decided to add this revenue stream to their Northern offices.

The company has an impressive list of blue chip clients including many big name developers, property companies and corporate occupiers with whom they engage to provide expert witness testimony in respect of the CDM Regulations and advising on current best practice techniques, future policy, contractual and legislative interpretation with regards to current health and safety legislation and the CDM Regulations.

They are looking at a Director level appointment and as such in addition to possessing a very level high level of technical competence the candidate will be a proven work winner/business generator. Our client is also looking for someone with an excellent knowledge of the northern construction market and ideally will have a recognised construction management or health and safety professional qualification. Once established in the role, the company will look to build a team around the Director.
