Director Commercial Management (Scotland)

Our client is a leading commercial and project management consultancy with their core expertise very much in the industrial sector including energy, power and utilities. They are very busy and seen considerable growth in their business over the last few years.

They have been working in Scotland for the last few years and recently secured a substantial framework with a major utility which is allowing them to open an office to service this contract and also develop new work in the area. They currently have a team of 10 people working in Scotland and are now looking to appoint a Director to lead the office.

Candidates will possess the following skills and experience

QS / RICS trained and qualified
Experience of working in the utilities and energy sectors
Have a relevant track record of working in Scotland (ie: current or very recent)
Have worked for a commercial consultancy and / or a main contractor
Be a capable and proven developer of new business opportunities
Have a track record with key clients and a contact base in Scotland
Possess ambition and drive and a desire to be the best
