Young, dynamic, ambitious creative marketing communications agency are looking for a director to join their team. This is a strategic role with the opportunity to really make a real difference. My client wants to expand their client portfolio, and become less financial services orientated, and continue its growth in the B 2 B and B 2 E market. It therefore wants to employ an experienced specialist who can help make this happen and drive the business forward.
You will be expected to initiate and develop relationships at C level, in a variety of corporate sectors. You will also have the responsibility of heading up a sales team for specific major projects whilst developing a number of ‘key accounts’ from the existing client base. You will be required think strategically and help the MD create an integrated sales and marketing plan to develop business long term.
You MUST have experience in B2B Marketing communications and preferably experience in project management. You will be a dynamic, energetic and visionary individual with a proven track record of building relationships and possess high energy levels. The candidate will be a self starter and have the drive to achieve targets and meet deadlines. You must possess excellent presentation and communication skills, both internally to colleagues and externally to clients.
