Director FM / Maintenance (London/SE)

Our client is a leading player in the Building Services / FM and maintenance market place with an excellent reputation. They operate nationally from a network of branches, and unlike many firms in the current economic climate, are growing at a significant rate.

They are looking to appoint a Director to head up their FM / M&E Maintenance Business in London, and develop business with blue chip clients in the capital and the South East region.

The preferred candidate will be a qualified building services engineer and an experienced facilities manager within the M&E maintenance market place in the South East. Along with a proven track record of running and developing an autonomous business unit in London within both the planned and reactive maintenance sectors, you will also have a strong network of clients and contacts in London plus a proven track record of developing new business.

Our client’s London business is still in its infancy therefore this role would suit someone who would relish the challenge of what is in effect almost a start up, albeit with the support of a national organisation and a track record elsewhere in the country.
