Director FM / Maintenance (Thames Valley/SE)

Our client is a leading player in the Building Services / FM and maintenance market place with an excellent reputation. They operate nationally from a network of branches, and unlike many firms in the current economic climate, are growing at a significant rate.

They are looking to appoint a Regional Director to head up their FM / M&E Maintenance Business in Bristol and the Thames Valley, and develop business with blue chip clients in the region.

The preferred candidate will be a qualified building services engineer and / or an experienced facilities manager within the M&E maintenance market place in the Thames Valley and South East of England.

Together with a proven track record of running and developing an autonomous business within both the planned and reactive maintenance sectors, you will also have a strong network of clients and contacts in Bristol and the Thames Valley, plus a proven track record of developing new business.

Our client’s business is still in its infancy therefore this role would suit someone who would relish the challenge of what is in effect a start up, albeit with the support of a national organisation and a track record of delivery with major clients.
