Director Global Customer Retention

Our client is a global security solutions leader protecting consumers and small business computer users from the ever-growing incidence of web threats, viruses, spam, cyber-scams and hackers on the Internet.
Key to their success in recruiting the best talent in the market place, they now have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Global Customer Retention for its line of consumer and SMB security software products (anti-virus, security suite). Applicants should have experience in Online and indirect channel renewal experience – ideally managing retention programs for a specific product or line of products(s).

Candidates should have experience and knowledge with software subscriptions and online marketing. A versatile set of skills is required to create, develop, execute and analyze campaigns and user behavior. An ability to consistently test, measure, and improve performance across retention efforts to maximize activity and ROI is a necessity.

Detailed responsibilities include:
• Defining key metrics and tracking for strategies
• Developing a thorough understand of product behaviors, capabilities and identifying necessary enhancements
• Analyzing critical customer touchpoints to optimize performance
• Working with Product Management and Web Production teams to implement ideas and improvements
• Managing budget and forecasting revenue for programs

Requirements:

• Experienced owner to help drive the retention process with minimum 5+ years experience in the renewal arena.
• Software focused.
• Location is Prague, Czech Republic.
• Online and indirect channel renewal experience
• Experience driving direct web channel and indirect reseller/distributor channel renewals together
• Project coordination and management experience
• Analytical skills / understand user base, what drives them to renew, not, etc.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and standard online marketing tools.
• Motivated personality to “own” channel/segment and grow revenues.
