Rate: £100K (Permanent) + EUR 115,000 base plus 15% bonus plus company car
Our client is one of the world’s leading players within the Pharmaceuticals industry. An enviable position achieved through its steady organic and acquisitive growth plan. They now boast an employee base of approx 11,000 and operate across 40 countries across the globe.
Due to their continued commitment to growth and development through their innovative products and targeted acquisitions, they are now seeking an experienced Head of Audit with a strong affinity to Eastern European region, to to work within their progressive audit function.
Your key remit will be to plan, organise and deliver work on audit engagements to ensure they are carried out effectively and within the deadlines allocated and undertaken in accordance with relevant Group Audit Standards.
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate a strong academic and professional track record, preferably with a background in the pharmaceutical industry.
You will have a consultative approach to Internal Audit, always looking to add value and be interested in travel(ing) on an international, basis c.50 - 60% in weekly intervalls
In your career to date, you will have needed to display leadership skills and a natural flair for creating solutions. It is also essential that you are capable of future personal development
