Exciting leadership role in E-Commerce to look after team of 10+ Market Development specialists who look after EMEA.

The Market Developer Associates you will have reporting to you are responsible for lead generation. You will be responsible for acquiring top brands across EMEA and will need to directly engage as a coach and a master negotiator.



After several years in the UK, this American headquartered e-commerce player, are gaining some serious traction in the UK, and have some exciting expansion plans for 2010. The team will be growing significantly across EMEA.

This is an extremely important leadership role inside a very fast-paced and talented sales team. The role requires that you’re an individual who can sell better than the rest, but also that you’re a fantastic leader. The role demands flexibility and rapid change to meet ever shifting market needs. You must be a strong leader and gifted in motivational coaching to make this work.

You will need experience of leading a similar team of inside sales people for an e-commerce or software company.
