Our client is one of the world’s leading engineering and design consultancies involved in landmark projects across the globe.
Their UK Property and Development business is looking to expand its Building Services offering in London and is looking to appoint a Director to lead this development, taking over an existing team and project workload and growing it significantly over the next 3 years; a challenging task in these market conditions.
Candidates will be Chartered Building Services engineers with previous experience of working within an expanding office and of leading teams. Candidates will know the London marketplace, have a mature client base and be capable of winning new business.
